BlackBerry Error - "This keyboard is not support by these drivers"
Posted by Paul Bowles (Import) on 25 March 2010 02:40 PM
First you need to ensure that you have the right drivers install for your model of keyboard. Assuming this is ok this error message is due to the BlackBerry not installing the correct services for the keyboard.

To fix this please follow the steps below.

1) From the main application menu go to Options (this may also be called Settings depending on what theme you have). It will have an icon that looks like a wrench or spanner.
2) Go to Bluetooth.
3) Make sure the keyboard is turned on in SPP mode.
4) Highlight the keyboard on the list of paired devices and press the menu button. Now go to device properties.
5) At the bottom your should see "Services:", at the moment it probably will not have anything listed.
6) Press the Menu button and select "Refresh service list". You should see “SPP slave, SPP Device or Serial Port" appear now under where it says “Services:”.

If it is still blank underneath services double check the keyboard is in SPP mode and refresh the service list again.

Once you see the services listed your keyboard will be able to connect.
