Below are some instructions on how to connect a Samsung Galaxy S/Tab (and other Android devices which have built in HID support). to an i-Connex Mini

Paring the keyboard.

1) Turn the keyboard on and press the  pairing button down for 5 seconds.  The pairing button is situated above the 9 key.

2) On your Android Device, go to “Settings". Then from the settings screen select “Wireless and network”.

3) Now select “Bluetooth Settings”. Once your device finds the keyboard select “Freedom i-Connex Mini Keyboard” from the list.

4) Your device will now give you a 6 digit passkey. Enter this key onto the Freedom i-Connex Mini and press enter to complete the pairing (also on the Freedom i-Connex Mini).

Please note that on some Android devices such as the Dell Steak and the Droid X, it will give you a passkey such as 1234 or 0000. Type this passkey on the phone and then press OK. Then when it is trying to pair, type the same passkey on the i-Connex Mini and then press enter (also on the i-Connex Mini).

5) Now your Freedom i-Connex Mini keypad will be connected. From this point forward you just need to switch the Freedom i-Connex Mini on and off when you need it. It will automatically reconnect when switched on.
