Depending on how your BES is configured you may also need to create a new policy for it as well. The policy will need to allow “event injection” and “System security/security timer reset”. Unfortunately we're not familiar enough with 5.0 to know where they have hidden these options. If you click on the policies tab there should be an option to create a new policy and apply it to the software configuration you made above or to a certain users BlackBerry.  When creating a new policy the event injection and security timer reset should be part of what you can change.
