What I suggest you do, is to delete the pairing and pair the device up again. In order to delete the pairing what you need to do is on your Phone go to "Settings", then "Wireless controls" and then select "Bluetooth Settings". Then where it says Freedom Pro keyboard, hold down your finger and select Unpair. Also what I suggest you do is to turn the Bluetooth Off and the back on again. Then go back into the drivers and see if you are able to connect.

If you have no success. With the keyboard paired, restart your phone and then go back into the drivers and see if you are able to connect.

Also make sure that you are selecting the Input Method as Freedom Pro keyboard. On any text entry box, you need to hold down your finger and it will give you a pop up menu saying “Input Method.” Tap on that and it will give you the option of Freedom Pro keyboard. Once you have selected the Input Method as the Freedom Pro, you will be able to type away.

Do you have any other Bluetooth devices connected to the phone at all? This could be causing the connection issue.
